Another Learning Experience

This season did not go the way anyone would have expected.  It was a bumpy road that ended with a loss to Frederick High in the first round of the playoffs.  The season taught me that without proper preparation, one cannot expect success.  Success does not happen overnight; it comes with blood, sweat, and tears endured in the offseason.  I did not properly prepare for my junior season mainly due to the chance factor that I would not be medically cleared to play much like my sophomore year.  ... read more

First Conference Victory

The Lady Titans came both mentally and physically prepared to play the Oakdale Bears.  After a slow first half, our team took charge in the third quarter and never looked back.  To date, the game was our best defensive effort as a collective unit.  Our defense fueled our offense as we beat the Bears by double digits.  Everybody contributed to the victory.  Tomorrow, we will face the Lady Lancers on our home court.  This will be our first home game in about a month.  We are hoping to obtain ... read more

Coach Turner occasionally sends our team into a classroom before the start of practice. We discuss a wide array of topics such as game strategies, team cohesiveness, and scholastic progress.
