Why, hello to you, Mr. Michael Ginsburg. Hello to you, Mrs. Betty Francis. ... And we're off. The first Sunday containing a brand new "Mad Men" episode since 2010 took place last weekend and because Matthew Weiner loves us — yes, all of us! — we were treated to a retro-tastic double dose of one-hour episodes to get season five off on the right foot.
