After last year’s disappointing season, Washington Nationals fans are hungry for this year’s season to start.  All the players seem to be healthy, the new players acquired during the off-season promise to strengthen the team both offensively and on the mound, and pitching ace Stephen Strasburg has officially completed his rehab following Tommy John surgery in 2010 (finally!). It’s (almost) Time to Play Ball!

Hey Nationals fans!  It may be hard to believe with the awful weather we’ve been having so far this year, but Spring Training is just around the corner!  Pitchers and catchers report this Thursday, with the rest of the squad starting next week (February 18).  I don’t know about you, but I am giddy with excitement!  Really, I'm giddy - I'm not kidding!
